Steve Azar to Sioux Falls for Dan Collins Golf Lesson

Country singer/songwriter 'good guy' Steve Azar is in Sioux Falls for Farmer Appreciation Day at the Sioux Empire Fair.  He stopped by the Kickin' Country studios to talk about the show.  As is usually the case, the conversation with Dan and Steve turned to golf.

Steve has been to Sioux Falls numerous times and it quite a golfer.

So, Dan talks to Steve and the conversation turns to 'golf swings.'  Steve starts talking about 'staying in the barrel,' and Dan kind of gives him a blank stare. That's when I jumped in.

I said, 'Dan, go get your clubs, let's take this outside.'  So Dan and Steve talk a little more golf and hit a couple of balls out toward the interstate.   (By the way, Dan hit the ball awesome)

Steve is in town for a free show at the Sioux Empire Fair right after the Farmer Appreciation luncheon at 1:30 p.m. on the Front Porch Free Stage on the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.  Make sure you stop by and see him perform.  Oh, and if you get a chance, ask him about his golf game.
