Finding the right teacher for the right class in any city can be challenging for schools.

Schools across America will be ending the year soon with many vacancies. Iowa is seeing a shortage in English teachers.

According to the Des Moines Register:

Iowa school districts are struggling to meet the need for more English language teachers amid growing demand from students and stagnant state funding.

So, let's put this in your court.  You are a licensed teacher here in South Dakota where teacher pay still remains as one of the lowest in the country.

Do you move to Iowa to continue your career for a better salary?
