Sioux Falls POW-MIA Memorial Service to be Held Friday
Vietnam Veteran Duane TeWinkel has helped organize the POW-MIA Memorial Service in Sioux Falls. The service will be held Friday evening beginning at 7:0o p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park.
The event is being hosted by Vietnam Veterans of America.
