No, it is not too early to start thinking about the holidays, because as everyone knows, preparation is everything! The Parade of Lights is a Sioux Falls tradition which always happens the Friday following Thanksgiving. And, if you're going to be in it, you need to start preparing now.

Your registration form, a description of your parade entry, and the $45 fee is due by Friday, November 3 to Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. at 230 South Phillips Avenue, Suite 102. You can also fax your entry to 605-338-8816.

This is the 26th Annual Parade of Lights and as usual there will be dazzling light displays, floats, music, dancing, drumlines, and of course Santa always make a special appearance.

This tradition has become one of the most highly attended events in the state. It is a great way to promote your business, show off your artist talent, have some fun with family and friends, watch kids and adults revel in the spirit of the season and ring in the holidays!

For more information, call 605-338-4009, see Downtown Sioux Falls online and follow on Facebook.
