Sioux Falls Man Charged With Murder

A 22 year old Sioux Falls man made his second court appearance this week, but this time, it was to officially be charged with murder in the death of Chris Conde-Vargas at Vargas' home last weekend.

Robert Bass III is accused of beating Vargas to death with a bat. Bass pleaded not guilty at his hearing today.
