Sioux Falls Area Corn Mazes Offer Fun for Entire Family
One of the great traditions of our family this time of year is to walk through the area's corn mazes. It's a perfect way to celebrate Fall. For the past several years we've been walking the beautiful mazes around the Sioux Falls area. We've learned a few things over the years so I'd thought I'd pass along a few tips and what to bring:
Good shoes. I wouldn't recommend open toed sandals. Ouch!
Bug spray (if the weather is warm enough)
Flashlight. It's easy to spend more time out there than you planned on. Best not to get caught off guard by darkness.
Dress properly. You know how the temps can drop quickly in a short amount of time around dusk.

Located southeast of Harrisburg, SD., Heartland Country Corn Maze offers fun for the whole family! Enjoy a walk through the wonderful natural environment provided by maturing corn. Located at the Jellystone Park campground just three miles east of Sioux Falls, the maze features over 7 acres of turns, twists, and dead ends carved into stalks that reach over your head and offers an experience for those hungry for fun. Admission to the maze includes the maze which offers two levels of difficulty, use of the jumping pillow, two playgrounds, wagon rides, and visits by our “smarter-than-the-average bear” – Yogi Bear.
