Every kid has a wish list for Christmas, and Santa does his best to make things happen every year.

Every kids Christmas movie plot line starts out with someone needing to save Christmas, because a villain has stepped in to wreck the celebration.

Santa needs our help on this one, the villain is cancer, and nine year old Jacob Thompson has one wish.

Jacob Thompson may not live to see Christmas, so his family is asking strangers to help him celebrate early by sending him homemade Christmas cards.

Thompson, 9 was diagnosed three years ago with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare type of cancerous tumor that has spread to his head and his hip, says his family.
