After forgetting his company issued name tag, a South Dakota man found himself on the cruel end of a joke after showing up for work at a Watertown Pizza Ranch.

Employee Caleb Larson says the owner of the popular pizza chain gave him the name tag that read "Braindead."  Larson says he wore the name tag throughout his shift because he feared losing his job.

Not surprisingly, Larson has since filed a lawsuit against the owner and Pizza Ranch asking for compensatory damages for emotional distress.

In a court filing owner Ross Olson said he admits giving Larson the name tag, but denies that Larson wore it.

Larson says he quit his job the day of the incident.
