Old Dominion Concert Ticket Refund Update
The Sioux Empire Fair has announced how the refund process will work for Thursday night's canceled Old Dominion concert.
Tickets purchased through Etix.com will automatically be refunded. Refunds could take as much as 30 days to post. Contact Etix customer support with any questions at 1-800-514-3849.
For tickets purchased in person at the Sioux Empire Fair Box Office before August 5 can claim a refund after August 17 at the fair administration office between 9 am and 4 pm.
If you purchased a ticket at the fairgrounds box office and paid with cash, you will need to return the actual ticket for a refund beginning August 17. Tickets purchased with a credit card on August 5 at the fairgrounds will have a refund processed through the Square Application. This process could take up to 30 days.
