I was at the Original Pancake House recently and had a great conversation with a young man named Makhi McCarty. Makhi, who turns 16 later this summer and is about to start his sophomore year at Lincoln High School, is already starting his own business. He details cars and even goes to where the car is parked to clean it. Just the other day, he was working on a minivan in someone's driveway. He decided to set up his own LLC and dive into entrepreneurship at a young age. The name of his business is PrimeLine Detailing.

What really stood out to me was how smart and driven he is. Makhi plans to expand his business and is even thinking about pursuing HVAC work later on. He also shared that he wants to focus on careers that can't easily be replaced by AI, which is a really thoughtful approach to the future.
