Kurt Busch Wont Be Charged

Currently suspended Nascar driver Kurt Busch wont be charged in the alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend in the state of Delaware.

Busch is currently suspended indefinitely by Nascar after a family court judge ruled that Busch probably choked and assaulted his ex-girlfriend.

Now the news today that Busch will not face official charges has the decision back in the court of Nascar on the future of Kurt Busch this year within the sport.

According to the reports circulating on ESPN.com, there wasn't enough evidence to move forward according to the authorities.

We'll see what Nascar does now and how soon they are willing to make an official statement on the matter.
