A pair of work projects will temporarily close portions of two Sioux Falls streets this week.

The Public Works Department says portions of South Bahnson Avenue and Holbrook Avenue will be impacted beginning Thursday (July 6).

South Bahnson Avenue will be closed between East 18th Street and East 20th Street.

Crews will be removing trees in the area. The work is expected to be completed before the end of the day.

Also Thursday, Holbrook Avenue will be closed from 41st Street to 57th Street to allow crews to apply a slurry seal to the street.

All work is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
