What could possibly be any better than enjoying a day basking in the outdoors at one of Minnesota's State Parks?

Doing it absolutely free.

Saturday (April 27) is the second time this year that all 74 parks and state recreation areas will offer free admission to everyone which means no vehicle permits are needed.

The entrance fee waiver for fee-free days does not cover amenity or user fees for activities like camping, rentals, or special tours.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a park close to where you live, officials say there's a state park within 30 miles of most Minnesotans.
