
Road Between Sioux Falls And Harrisburg Closes August 31st For Utility Work
A one-mile stretch of road between Sioux Falls and Harrisburg is getting ready to close for the next two months.
According to the City of Sioux Falls, starting Monday, August 31, 271st Street (Lincoln County Highway 106) will be closed between Cliff Avenue and Southeastern Avenue.

The closures will allow work to be done installing a steel casing pipe under the railroad tracks and under Cliff Avenue.

Traffic will be detoured utilizing Cliff Avenue, 57th Street, and South Dakota Highway 11. Traffic on Cliff Avenue will not be impacted.
Weather permitting, the road is expected to reopen by the end of October.
