“Minnesota Nice” is now “Minnesota Niiiiice!” The Minnesota Supreme Court has ruled that a woman being topless or otherwise exposing her bare breasts in public isn't breaking any laws.

Minnesota's Supreme Court has officially declared that women's breasts are not inherently "lewd."

According to CBS News, the ruling overturned a Court of Appeals decision against the female defendant who was arrested and cited in Rochester with a misdemeanor in 2021 after she was "walking around a gas station parking lot with her breasts exposed."

A district court in Minnesota originally found the woman guilty and said her rack exposure was "'legally obscene."

The landmark ruling effectively tells Minnesotans that "the twins" can come out to play without running afoul of the law.

Apparently, filling up your tank while airing out your front end will fall within the bounds of Minnesota Nice.
