When Will The Sioux Falls Farmer's Market Open for The Season?

Are you getting excited about warmer weather and endless days in the sun? I think I speak for everyone when I say...heck yeah! Great weather around the corner means great seasonal activities are coming back, including Saturday mornings at the Falls Park Farmer's Market in Sioux Falls.

The weekly Falls Park Farmer's Market is located across from the Stockyard Ag Experience Barn at Falls Park. The market is open from 8 AM until 1 PM every Saturday from May until October. It won't be long now until we smell the fresh produce and flowers at the Falls Park Farmer's Market!

According to a post on its Facebook page, the opening date for this year's Falls Park Farmer's Market is Saturday, May 3rd. That's only less than weeks away!

The Falls Park Farmer's Market is a great opportunity to support local vendors and farmers in the Sioux Empire. There is a little bit of everything for people to enjoy! You can stock up on produce for the week, get some beautiful flowers, enjoy your morning coffee and some delicious baked goods for breakfast, and try tasty pizza for lunch. There are also homemade soaps, pottery, and live music. Plus, you are spending the morning appreciating the beauty of Falls Park!

Speaking of entertainment, Falls Park Farmer's Market officials are looking for local talent to bring to the market this year.

Some performances can include face painting, children’s plays or story time, balloon manipulation, magic shows, aerial performers, or safe, sponsored animal interactions. It could be a solo show or with a group. If you're interested, sign up here!

13 Times Sioux Falls Made it into a 'Jeopardy!' Question

If the world was divided into Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune people, I would be down for Jeopardy! all the way. It's a lot more fun, it makes me feel smart because I can retain lots of trivia, and I am a horrible speller. So Wheel is out, no whammies.

Recently I discovered (I mean wasted a lot of time on) a website that is an archive of clues that have been on Jeopardy!.
