Minnesotans might see new faces in town after a new report from Niche about the "Best Cities To Live in America." Two Minnesota cities sit at the top of Niche's list.

For several years, Niche has been conducting "Best Cities to Live in America" rankings by "using data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, and CDC combined with millions of resident reviews. The company considers factors such as affordability, the local housing market, neighborhood diversity, area public schools, walkability, and more."  Affordability, great schools, lots of space to explore...no wonder why two Minnesota cities are on the list!

Niche's research shows that the Minnesota cities in the top 50 of the "Best Cities To Live in America" are...Minneapolis at #37 and Rochester at #44! 

So what makes Minneapolis and Rochester some of the "Best Cities To Live in America?" Here are some of the top qualities noted in the rankings:

  • Minneapolis is #8 in the Best Cities for Young Professionals
  • Rochester is #5 in the Best Cities to Buy a House in America
  • Minneapolis is one of the healthiest cities in America ranking at #38 out of 229 cities.
  • Rochester is one of the top cities to raise a family ranking at #33 out of 229 cities.
