Adam Driver Makes A Surprise Appearance at South Dakota Landmark
It's not every day that a major Hollywood star pops up in South Dakota. So when a big time celebrity comes to visit, people in the Sioux Empire take notice.
Late last week, a well-known actor took a little vacation to one of South Dakota's most cherished tourist spots. This actor is known for his work in the HBO series "Girls" and the 2023 film "Ferrari."

Actor Adam Driver was recently seen at the Crazy Horse Memorial last Thursday, August 6th. Some fans recognized the actor and managed to get a quick photo with him. How cool is that?!
Why Was Adam Driver at Crazy Horse Memorial in South Dakota?
Even Hollywood needs a little vacation once in a while. Besides the series "Girls" and film "Ferrari," Adam Driver has been known for his role as Kylo Ren in various "Star Wars" movies, "House of Gucci," and his performance in a play called "Burn This." Fun fact: Adam Driver actually received a Tony Award nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Play for his part in "Burn This." Some might also recognize him from his hosting gigs on Saturday Night Live.
Crazy Horse Memorial is set to be the largest mountain carving. Whenever the project is finished, it will be one of the most stunning monuments in South Dakota honoring all Indigenous people.
Crazy Horse Memorial® honors all Indigenous people of North America, stands as a reminder of the importance of reconciliation, respecting differences, embracing diversity, striving for unity, and appreciating life’s deeper meaning as it has always been represented in Native American cultural values. This will never change.
Slowly but surely, Crazy Horse Memorial is coming together.
Thanks for stopping by the 605 Adam Driver!
