Glamour Defined is a women's clothing boutique located in Harrisburg, SD. The owner, Katie, has Endometriosis and has decided to help raise funds for the National Endometriosis Foundation by selling t-shirts at her store.

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month and the official color is yellow! So, obviously, the t-shirts are yellow and say 'I Am Worth It' across the front.

Shirts are $28 and half of the proceeds will be donated!

Katie commented on one of my previous stories about living with Endometriosis and told me about the shirts so I made it a point to get myself one!

Katie shares her whole Endo story on her website, but this part struck me, "Then one night I woke from sleep screaming with agony because I felt like my insides were being ripped out. My family rushed me to the emergency room where I was seen by the on call OB/GYN doctor. She was the first one to believe that this was endometriosis pain and that there was no way that she could send me home with this much pain. That afternoon, I had surgery that she performed only to find a belly full of endometriosis. I had it everywhere. On my colon, intestines, stomach and all of my reproductive system. Even though that was terrifying, I felt this HUGE sense of relief. I finally had an answer that I had wanted for over 10 years. It wasn’t all in my head!"

It just amazes me how almost every Endo story I have heard has a moment like Katie's in it! I also had an ER visit after waking up to immense pain. I was not diagnosed at that time with Endo. I had an ovarian cyst rupture. My Endo diagnosis wouldn't be for another three years.

If you would like to support the Endo Warrior in your life, or if you are that Endo Warrior, you can order a shirt here or visit Glamour Defined at 220 S Cliff Ave. Suite #108

Remember, in March we wear yellow!
