ESPN’s Jay Williams is Coming to the Sanford Pentagon

Former Duke and NBA point guard and current ESPN College Basketball Analyst Jay Williams is coming to Sioux Falls for the Argus Leader Media/ Sanford Pentagon First Five Awards event.

The event that is going to be held at the Pentagon for the second consecutive year honors South Dakota players of the year and "First Five" athletes boys and girls basketball.

"I'm excited to help honor the best high school basketball players in South Dakota" Williams said.

He went on to talk about how he is also looking forward to seeing for himself the Pentagon, "I'm also looking forward to seeing the Sanford Pentagon for the first time.  It's gaining a reputation as one of the best facilities in the country."

April 9th is the date for the "First Five Awards Event" and following that will be the second annual South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association/ Sanford Pentagon All Star Games powered by Under Armour on April 10th.

Ticket information for both events will be coming this spring.
