Delmont, South Dakota Fall Festival
The little town in South Dakota that had a tornado run right down the middle of it Mothers Day, 2015 continues to heal. Thanks to hundreds who helped with clean up of the destruction the town is once again doing what little towns do. Come together.
In fact they would love it if you come to their Fall Festival Saturday, October 24th.
The Delmont Watch and Delmont Community Club are putting on the event. They'll have a corn maize, scavenger hunt and of course lots of pumpkins!
The event is Saturday October 24th from 1PM to 4PM at the Community Garden by the tennis courts. In case of rain or inclement weather the event will be held in The Delmont Community Center. They'll have face painting, games prizes and goodies. The Delmont Community Watch is brewing up several large batches of chicken Noodle Soup and Chili so make sure you come hungry.
A good will offering will be taken. So bring your wallet too! (I added that part, not the people from Delmont, SD.
