She is no stranger to the weight battle, and one of the most talented people alive at relating a message. Oprah has been extremely honest about her up and down journey throughout her life.

Oprah released her first commercial for Weight Watchers since buying 10 percent of the weight loss company back in October, and US magazine reports that it's making people emotional, with some even tweeting that they've been brought to tears.

The first commercial debuted on Christmas Eve, Winfrey talks about being overweight and her struggles with it, saying, "Inside every overweight woman is a woman she knows she can be. Many times you look in the mirror and you don't even recognize your own self because you got lost, buried in the weight that you carry." She continues, "Nothing you've ever been through is wasted. So every time I tried and failed, every time I tried again, and every time I tried again, has brought me to this most powerful moment to say, 'If not now, when?'"

With the usual New Years resolutions to lose weight, the Weight Watchers team and Oprah are brilliant with the timing of announcing their partnership, and release of the commercials.
