Bull Sale Time of the Year!

While the world is in a CORONAVIRUS crisis, life on the farm goes on with the Varilek CT Angus Bull Sale Friday, March 27th in Platte, South Dakota at Platte Livestock Auction.

Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to get to know Tom and a couple of the other Varilek's. I always look forward to seeing the crew when they come to the studios to cut commercials for their annual bull sale.

There's something about 'Cattle People.' I remember having to judge cattle back in my 4-H Days in Lyman County. I quickly scanned through the list of 2-year-old bulls that will be up for auction Friday. My favorites on the list are Lot #5, Lot #9 and Lot #39. I'm no pro, but those are three that would be on my hit list at the auction. I'll spare you my stuttering through any 'reasons.' Take a look and see if you agree!
