Bill Anderson Lost a Very Special Guitar Over 50 Years Ago. Now He Gets It Back on Stage at the Grand Ole Opry

Have you ever lost something that, well, you'd give just about anything to have back? Maybe a treasured photo, perhaps an old toy, maybe a piece of clothing or some other personal item from your past that is just...gone.

Maybe it was a musical instrument.

That was the case for Grand Ole Opry member, Country Music Hall of Famer Bill Anderson.

50 years or so ago Whisperin' Bill received a Grammer guitar from country star Billy Grammer. And somehow, somewhere along the way over the years, it disappeared. Gone. Never to be seen again.

And then something happened.
