White Christmas for Sioux Falls?

Above is the latest official White Christmas forecast for 2012 from The Weather Channel's Global Forecast Center. They call it the "best guess" at what the regions could see on December 25th.

It would appear Sioux Falls is near the edge of the "likely" areas. With the moisture so badly needed a snowy day would be most welcome.
