What Is the Most Boring Thing to You – a Goldfish Has a Better Attention Span than We Do!

If you get bored quickly while sitting in a meeting you're not alone.  If you hate standing in line I feel your pain.

Anymore people get bored with everyday situations more quickly these days.

Did you whip out your phone when you went to the movie 50 Shades of Grey?  Yep, I thought so.  Turned off a politician?  Rebooted your computer because it was running slow?

A recent survey asked 2,000 people to name the most boring things about modern life and listening to politicians came in first.  The poll was done in England, but most of the top ten apply here too.  Here's what they came up with:
1.  Listening to politicians
2.  Being on hold
3.  Standing in line
4.  Being stuck in traffic
5.  Watching infomercials
6.  Sitting in a waiting room
7.  Dealing with a slow Internet connection
8.  Waiting for a delivery
9.  Train delays.  Which is the only one that's a little more of a British thing
10.  Having to sit through commercials during a TV show.
