What Could Be a Case of Meals on Wheels Is Just a Curious Lioness Opening a Family’s Car Door

I remember taking trips through Bear Country USA with my family worrying that something like this would happen.  Well, it looks like it did, only instead of a bear, it's a lioness deciding to check out the park's visitors.

Imagine taking a nice, leisurely trip through a safari park in South Africa with your family, only to get a surprise from one of the park's residents. Tourists are always warned to stay in their vehicle and keep the doors on their vehicle closed, but now, maybe the posted rules should remind park visitors to also lock their doors!

This family was on vacation and visiting family in South Africa when they came face-to-face with a lioness that somehow managed to open their car door with her teeth. 

The two girls in the back seat of the vehicle (Kaylene and Cindy) are heard chatting with others in the car about the beautiful cats, snapping pictures and videotaping this experience of a lifetime when one lioness decides to get closer to the action.

The big cat appears to sniff the car and peek in at the tourists with curiosity before casually just using her mouth and opening the door.

The girls were able to get the door shut again and after the panic and nervous laughter finally subsides, the voice of what seems to be the mother can be heard saying, "Boy, will you have a story to tell."
