If you've eaten at a Wendy's restaurant over the past several months, your personal credit card information may have been stolen.

The fast food chain says hackers were able to steal credit card numbers, names, expiration dates and security codes from customers at 1,025 of its 5,700 locations nationwide since last fall.

The Wendy's website confirms that the Wendy's at 400 S. Lyons (W. 12th St.) and the S. Minnesota location has been affected by the credit card security breach.

The time frame in which the numbers were stolen stretch from 10/29/2015 - 2/14/2016

Wendy's is urging all customers to check their credit card accounts for fraudulent purchases.

Customers can see which locations were affected in nearby states on the Wendy's website.
