Watermelon Pickles Anyone?

Monday afternoon, I stopped into Great Harvest Bread in the Beakon Center in Sioux Falls. I thought I'd pick up a quick sandwich for lunch.

If you haven't been into Great Harvest I'd suggest it strongly!  I had their special Reuben for lunch. It was awesome.

While I was waiting for my sandwich, I was looking around the store at some of their items that they have for sale. I came across watermelon pickles. Now, I'm not a big fan of watermelon itself, but pickled watermelon?

How about you? Have you ever tried watermelon pickles?  Is it something I should pick up and actually try?

Side note: the sea salt caramel cookies at Great Harvest Bread may be the best cookie on the planet!
