We've all hoped for one of those do over moments in life and I'm guessing this Wagner, SD man wishes he could get one right about now too.

Rudolph Ehrisman of Wagner, was arrested late last year after he thought it would be a good idea to fire up the old riding lawnmower  and take it for a spin while he was three sheets to the wind.

Just one problem, Ehrisman has already been convicted of 15 prior DUIs and now he has his seventh in the past 25 years.

Police allegedly caught him intoxicated driving a red lawn mower northbound in a southbound lane in Wagner.

During this most recent offense, he failed multiple field-sobriety tests, and his preliminary breath test revealed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.082 percent, that according to a court document. The legal limit to drive here in South Dakota is 0.08 percent.

Ehrisman has now been charged with his sixth-or-subsequent-offense DUI, a class 4 felony, which is punishable upon conviction by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
