Viaduct Work Scheduled in Sioux Falls

Repair work beginning Thursday will slow traffic on the 11th Street viaduct in downtown Sioux Falls.

The State Department of Transportation says the work will require lane closures, so motorists are being encouraged to use caution and expect the sudden slowing and merging of traffic, as well as construction equipment and workers near the driving lanes.

The DOT says the work is expected to be finished on Friday.
