Girl, Mom Catch Couple Having Sex in Sioux Falls Library

A mother and her two year old daughter were shocked at what they saw in the bathroom of the Sioux Falls Downtown Library on Monday afternoon.

"When she walked in the bathroom with her daughter, the mom noticed a lady laying down inside one of the stalls," explained Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens.

"She thought the lady might need some help. That's when the mom walked over to the stall and opened the door. She found a man performing oral sex on the woman. The couple ended up leaving rather quickly. The woman then reported what she saw to the staff. Police were called. Officers were able to find the two suspects near 11th Street and Duluth Avenue. The woman was arrested for indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. The man was charged with disorderly conduct."

Unfortunately, Clemens says the child witnessed the incident.

"The girl was with mom when she opened the bathroom door." said Clemens. "They were both startled to see what was going on."

Clemens identified the couple as 34-year-old Jesse Bald Eagle and 35-year-old Marilyn Eagle Elk. Both are from Sioux Falls.
