It's officially summer!  Now, maybe you'll start your diet. If your muffin top is making an unwanted appearance over your bikini bottoms, it's time to get serious.

Rant Food is a website that showcases recipes and cooking strategies. I stumbled across a story they did about the foods we must stop eating if we want to lose weight. Seventeen of the 24 food items on the list make regular appearances in my fridge and cabinets. This is an excellent list and I believe that not eating these foods could make a huge difference in my everyday diet. I'm going to cross these items off my grocery list starting today.
