Tim McGraw Album Coming Soon

Ok, it's no surprise.  Tim McGraw works out.  A lot!  You don't look as fit as he does without out working out a ton.

That's why when we 'watched McGraw' and several of the road crew work out, in the sun for nearly 2 hours at the fairgrounds Saturday afternoon, we were kind of surprised that he had been to the gym earlier in the day at Tryon Gym.  He's pictured here with Tyler Pederson at Tryon on South Minnesota.

I'm telling you, I got tired just watching them work out.  It made the run I go for in the morning seem pretty inconsequential. (I guess I can do more!)
