Three people are charged and a child is in protective custody after a drug bust in Sioux Falls on Tuesday.

Police Sergeant Aaron Nyberg says the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force conducted a search in the 500 block of South 4th Avenue and found so-called "one pot" containers and chemicals used to make methamphetamine.

They also seized a small amount of meth and drug paraphernalia, and one of the used "one pot" containers started on fire outside the building.

The three people who were arrested--John Coffey, Traci Coffey and Ronelle Anderson--are all charged with a variety of drug-related offenses including manufacturing and possession of controlled substances.

A child was placed in protective custody with the State Department of Social Services.

Police say John Coffey and Ronelle Anderson had been out on bond from a manufacturing charge earlier this summer.
