This Full-Size Pickup is the Most Stolen Vehicle in South Dakota

South Dakota is pickup country. It's also the most-stolen vehicle on the road. The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) just released its annual “Hot Wheels” list, which ranks the vehicles most favored by thieves.
