Justin Beckerman, 18, from Mendham, NJ is not a normal teen.  He's been inventing things since he was 8 years old.

His latest invention is a working submarine he calls the Nautilus.  It can submerge up to 30 feet and he built it for $2,000. His goal was to build a submarine that "could be used by other people and not just me." he said.

Now that the Nautilus has gotten media attention, Beckerman has had interview requests from media organizations world wide. His father says a television documentary about him and his other inventions is in the works according to his father.

Justin says "I really want to make a difference in the future through engineering and innovating.” You can read more about his other inventions by visiting his website.
