Taylor Swift Visits Nebraska Cancer Patient

Meet Lauren Hacker. She's 10, a Taylor Swift fan, and has cancer. With a little help from social media and a great family, one of Lauren's dreams came true Saturday.

Swift made a special stop at Omaha Children's Hospital proving the busy singer is not out-of-touch with her real fans.

Lauren is a 5th grader and we wish her well.

Nearly twenty red semis have already rolled into Omaha pulling trailers emblazoned with Swift's photo and the tour logo arriving at the CenturyLink Center where Swift will play Wednesday, March 14, kicking off her North American tour.
