It looks like we've seen the end of Hiddleswift. People magazine reports that Taylor Swift and her boyfriend of three months, actor Tom Hiddleston, have split.

The 26-year-old pop and country superstar and the 35-year-old actor — whose roles include portraying Hank Williams in I Saw the Light — went public with their relationship in June, when pictures of them kissing on the beach in Rhode Island went viral online. That led to intense fan speculation that the relationship was a publicity stunt, or that the pair had been filming a video together, which Hiddleston squashed when he confirmed their relationship in July.

“We are together and we’re very happy,” he told MTV, clarifying to the Hollywood Reporter, “That’s the truth. It’s not a publicity stunt.”

People's report does not name any sources, or give any reason behind the reported split.

Swift was roundly criticized online for beginning a relationship with Hiddleston just weeks after she and deejay Calvin Harris called it quits in early June, after 15 months together. Prior to that, she hadn't dated anyone publicly for an extended period of time, and she says the intense scrutiny she receives over her private life complicates things for her and anyone she dates.

“You know, I went out on a normal amount of dates in my early 20s, and I got absolutely slaughtered for it,” she told Vogue in April. “And it took a lot of hard work and altering my decision-making. I didn’t date for two-and-a-half years. Should I have had to do that? No.”
