Sioux Falls Police still don't know who stole automated teller machines from two businesses in recent days, but they have recovered two ATMs, although it's not known for sure if they are indeed the stolen machines from the most recent break-ins.

Captain Greg VandeKamp says an employee at Northview Campers, in the northwest part of the city, noticed on Wednesday that a trailer which had been left for repairs had been moved and then returned, but to a different place.

VandeKamp says the employee was moving the trailer to put it where it had been stolen and he noticed it was much heavier than it should have been. That's when he found two destroyed ATMs in the back.

VandeKamp says the trailer was obviously used in at least two ATM burglaries, but police don't know if the recovered machines were the ones stolen recently from Deuces Casino and The Other Place.

He says the contents of the ATMs had been removed, and police have taken custody of the machines.
