I'm at a crossroads and I need your help.  I'm considering switching from my Android smartphone to the iPhone.

Currently, I'm the only one in the family with an Android.  Both my wife and daughter have iPhones.

The reason for my indecision is Thursday night Suzette and I had a chance to 'face time' with our daughter Jesse, who's studying in India.  I had never done anything like that before -  and it was WAY COOL!  Even though Jesse was a half-a-world away, we were able to visit as though she was sitting right there next to us.

I have a number of friends who use Skype - which I hear is similar to face timing - to stay in touch with their kids, but this was my first experience with this sort of technology.

And then, to make matters even more complicated I ran across a story on the CNN website that showed 'smarter folks' use iPhones.  According to a study conducted by the online advertising network Chitika, increased wealth is linked to greater iPhone sales.

Other studies have apparently found similar results.  To read more about the Chitika study, CLICK HERE.

Whether there's actually a correlation between iPhone usage and wealth, that remains to be proven - I'm still having a hard time buying the whole 'iPhone users are smarter' claim - but it does get one thinking.

If you could give me any advice on whether or not to switch phones, I sure would appreciate it.
