South Dakota Lawmakers to Review Testimony from Joop Bollen on EB-5

The Government Operations and Audit Committee will review the written testimony from Joop Bollen last month. Legislators sent Bollen 75 questions and a request for a timeline on EB-5 in South Dakota.

The state was a pioneer in EB-5 financing under Bollen and former state Economic Development secretary Richard Benda. The program recruits wealthy investors for projects in exchange for a green card.
