This week's snowstorm was named the biggest snow event since 2008 by Sioux Falls meteorologists. With some places getting over 15 inches of snow, many schools in the area were forced to either delay classes or to shut down completely for a few days.

Even though the colossal amount of white fluff began to grace our presence on Tuesday, some are still trying to clear the mounds of snow from their sidewalks and driveways.

We asked for photo submissions of snowstorm, to see how it effected people all over southeastern South Dakota and surrounding areas. Here are some of the top photos we received.
