Minnesota Vikings fans will notice two familiar faces from Sioux Falls wearing purple and gold on the sideline again this upcoming season.

KDLT TV is reporting that both Karmen and Kirsten Nyberg have made the Vikings cheerleading squad for the third year in a row. They received word on Thursday, (April 20) after making the final cut during another tough competition process in Minneapolis.

The Nyberg twins told KDLT News making the squad is definitely the hardest part, due to so much great competition.

Fortunately for the Nyberg sisters, their coach loves having them on the team for a variety of reasons, especially for their professionalism and incredible work ethic. They both have made a big impression during their first two years on the Vikings cheerleading squad.

Congrats ladies! We all look forward to watching you cheer on the Vikes to yet another winning season in 2017!
