Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says a suspect has been arrested after she reportedly drover her vehicle over a woman.

"Apparently these two people know each other. Our suspect thought the victim had stolen some property from her house. She ended up confronting the woman at a restaurant on the east side of Sioux Falls. There was an altercation. The suspect grabbed the victim's wallet and tried to drive away. As the victim tried to get back the wallet, she was drug by the car and eventually when she left go, the car actually drove up on top of her. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. We were later able to find the suspect. She was arrested for robbery and aggravated assault."

In another incident, Clemens says a driver struck a police car over the weekend and sped away.

"We had an officer that was on a traffic stop. She had stopped another car for a minor infraction. The officer was on Kiwanis near Brookings Avenue. The suspect car was driving north on Kiwanis and ended up sideswiping the police car. The officer inside had some minor injuries and was all right. She ended up letting the first person go and then found this guy. He actually drove over to Russell and stopped nearby."

Clemens says 59 year old Guy Leatherberry of Sioux Falls is facing several charges including DWI 2nd and hit and run.
