Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says an arrest has been made in connection with shots being fired near two Sioux Falls homes on Sunday.

"We were able to figure out who the suspect was and determined who both suspects are. The one we found Monday afternoon. David Randle Jr. of Sioux Falls was arrested for aggravated assault charges. The other suspect we are pretty sure we know who he is. We have just not found him yet."

Clemens says a disagreement between the two suspects more than likely sparked the incident.

In another incident, Clemens says a Sioux Falls woman was picked up at a city park.

"We had someone that saw her leave a store and they seemed to think she may have been intoxicated---they saw that she drove away. We had an officer that found her inside the car at Frank Olson Park. She was intoxicated and arrested for DWI 2nd. The woman had been driving around with her two children...one is a seven year old and one is a five year old."

Aside from DWI, 37-year-old Heather Hinckley of Sioux Falls was charged with child abandonment.
