Sioux Falls Police: Step Daughter Threatens her Step Dad with Knife, Bites Him

Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says an argument between a step daughter and her step dad turned violent inside their home Friday night.

"This led to the step daughter pulling out a pocket knife and then threatening him with it. He ended up pushing her against the wall to keep himself from being cut. In doing so she bit him on the arm. This continued a little bit until mom or wife stepped in and separated them. They went to different areas of the house. Police were then called."

33-year-old Amanda Jo Chaussee of Sioux Falls was arrested and charged with aggravated assault domestic.
