Sioux Falls Police Searching for Shooting Suspect

Police are investigating an incident early Thursday morning in connection with a shot being fired in the Whittier neighborhood.

"We had a few people that were outside a home in the east side of Sioux Falls," according to Police spokesman Sam Clemens. "There was some type of argument or altercation. Our suspect ended up pulling out a gun and shot it one time."

That's when everyone fled the scene.

"Once the gun shot happened these individuals took off. We know who the suspect is but haven't found him yet."

Clemens says there were no injuries and no property was damaged.
