An argument between two room mates in a Sioux Falls apartment on Saturday resulted in an arrest!

"The one that lives there," according to Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens, "told the temporary room mate he had to move out. He became upset about that and grabbed an ice chopper and ended up with threatening the victim with it. Thankfully there were no injuries. Several people in the apartment witnessed the incident."

Clemens says 41-year-old Eric Lee Deman of Sioux Falls was arrested on aggravated assault charges.
