Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says a third suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting in the city.

"The shooting actually happened Sunday afternoon on June 28th, 2015. Initially we had thought that twp people were involved and we just received additional information  Thursday. We learned that there was a third person that had been involved in the shootings. 18-year-old Julian Gourley of Sioux Falls was arrested for shooting at a house. The arrest warrant was issued on Thursday. It was a 50 thousand dollar bond."

In another incident, Clemens says an arrest has been made following a dispute between two neighbors regarding money in a Sioux Falls apartment.

"One of them went to see the neighbor who see if he had money owed to him. The suspect ended up pulling out a taser and threatening the victim with that. He then reportedly pulled out a pocket knife. The suspect ended up leaving and was stopped nearby."

49-year-old Steven Blair of Sioux Falls was charged with aggravated assault.
